Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SmartBuddy (smartbuddy.co.nz), provided by KIWIAGENT LTD (New Zealand). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

Account

• You must be at least 16 to use SmartBuddy.
• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• One account per person.

Subscription and billing

• SmartBuddy is a paid subscription in NZD. Current pricing is shown on the pricing page.
• Monthly plans renew every month. Annual plans renew every 12 months.
• You can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use your Buddy to:

• Do anything illegal under New Zealand law.
• Harass, threaten, or defame others.
• Circumvent security, spam, or otherwise abuse the service.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

We may suspend or terminate service for a material breach, with reasonable notice where practical.

Content and memory

• Conversations you have with your Buddy stay in your isolated instance.
• We do not train third-party models on your data.
• You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time.

Warranties and liability

SmartBuddy is provided "as is". We try hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months.

Changes to these Terms

We will give at least 14 days' notice for material changes.

Governing law

New Zealand law. Disputes are resolved in New Zealand courts.
